PRESIDENT Muhammadu Buhari is currently meeting with Senate President Ahmad Lawan and Speaker of the House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila, over the ongoing protests against police brutality in Nigeria.
Personal Assistant to the President on New Media, Bashir Ahmad, disclosed this via his Twitter handle: @BashirAhmaad.
“President @MBuhari currently meeting with Senate President, @DrAhmadLawan and Speaker, @femigbaja on the ongoing #EndPoliceBrutality protests,” he tweeted.
The #EndSARS protests have continued across Nigeria despite the scrapping of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad by the Inspector-General of Police, Mohammed Adamu.
