Leke Abejide: I didn't Defect To Another Party

The political space has been heated up with news and rumor that Hon. Elder Leke Abejide who won his election bid on the platform of African Democratic Congress (ADC) has defected to another party. I want to categorically say that the news is very far from the truth and it's also a cheap propaganda.
Hon. Leke Abejide as at today is still a member of African Democratic Congress (ADC) and has no plan to trade the mandate given to him under his party by shuffling to join another party.
In a statement, sent out by his media aide, saying " Hon. Leke Abejide that I know will not sell out or consent to join another party without consulting his people most especially his party members". He understands the game deeper than what everyone thought. His aims to deliver superlative and unbeatable records of achievement has not changed.
Let me set the record straight, Elder Leke Abejide is busy mapping and focusing on delivering the best to his constituents, he is not ready to give up his allegiance to move to another party for now.
The paranoid knows little of what is going on about him, they are only out there to spread malicious information, which is obviously deceptive and untrue.
Indeed he understands that politics is local, Hon Leke Abejide is a party man and he is committed to progressive ideologies.
Apparently Hon. Elder Leke remains loyal to his party and electorates who voted him. Certainly, I want to urge the people of Yagba federal constituency to remain calm and supportive, Liberation has come which is the most paramount to us all.
