ADC crafted the SUPERPOWER initiative the last quarter of 2019 to replace the comatose vision 20.20.20. The government of the day has now woken up with a vision 2050 committee. From the way they have started, this process will end up a blue and white paper documentation for the archives, a jamboree, racket and wastages going down the drain. The potentials are there, the nation is hemorrhaging of leadership ineptitude. These people lack the leadership to put things together.
